The interior design is based on a concept of strict linearity and crisp forms that harmonize with the architectural style of the residential complex’s façade. These elements are balanced by warm lighting, subtle accent lights, and cozy armchairs, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere.
The prevailing mood is one of home-like comfort, expressed through details such as vintage books, unique vases, vinyl records, and table lamps. All of this helps residents feel right at home from the very moment they step inside.
The spatial concept is built around conveying linear forms and crisp shapes that harmonize with the residential complex's façade. These clean lines are softened by warm lighting, subtle accent lights, and plush, cozy armchairs. A sense of warmth is created through materials in inviting tones, fostering an atmosphere of comfort where one feels right at home. This warmth is further accentuated by textured finishes illuminated by soft perimeter lighting. A fireplace in the lounge area enhances the sense of privacy and coziness.
Contrasting straight lines in the finishes extend the architectural character of the façade, seamlessly integrating into the interior. Accent lighting schemes highlight the materials and the rhythm of the space. The reception desk features a linear design that contrasts with an accent wall defined by strict geometric forms and soft, diffused lighting.
LOBBY AND RECEPTION AREA
Soft, warm perimeter lighting in the lobby, along with other accent lighting schemes, will highlight the texture of the finishing materials and add a sense of rhythm.

CORRIDORS
The elevator portals are finished in metal. Wall-mounted porcelain stoneware with brass inserts at the joints adds texture. For convenience, a seat and a mirror are provided in the elevator area.
PARKING
The parking entrance area features light tones combined with metal accents that reflect highlight lighting against the backdrop of the facility's overall minimalist, monochrome finish.
